Description

This is a clone of a board game called Treasure Quest by ThinkFun. I decided to make this because it seemed like an easy game to make and playing it with the board was incredibly annoying. Note that it is my first game, so don't expect too much. Better graphics would be appreciated, especially a background picture instead of the tan color and a better treasure block. Vector graphics would be wonderful. It includes as many of the original 40 cards as I could find. The files in the svg/ directory are not needed but are included for modification. Comments/suggestions would be wonderful as well.

Neat! I like your solution to the seeming need for globals when doing any game, I wonder how the pro's handle this. Maybe go look for the gradient library to do better than solid tan? I really missed the pat on my head when I solved the level, let alone auto-advance to the next. Otherwise... I don't know just what PEP recommends but I'm sure a block of comments explaining the interesting parts, is better than # after each line. For example I see a part where you calculate page numbers and subtract and test less than zero, could have figured that out, not sure why that function is required or how it fits into the program. See what I'm saying? Good job on your first, keep going!
