Very nice job with the graphics, story, and technical aspects of doing it all in 3 weeks. There are of course many flaws, but that is to be expected this early.

My main beef is with the controls. They just feel too loose. I overjump where I want to go most of the time. I would rather under jump than overjump.

Secondly, I was able to jump inside those tree stumps a few times, and when the toy walked down from a ledge he got stuck between two blocks. So there are some collision issues.

Also the levels are quite boring and lack rewards. You will go exploring up on some platform but nothing is there to make it worth your time, and generlly not enough interesting things happen. It's not all bad though, I liked for instance the drop-off warning sign.

Also level checkpoints would be nice.

But the general look and feel was good, background scrolling was really well done, and the intro dragged me into the game, so keep working on it!

I was using pygame 1.7.1, and the intro played for me. so idk man

I didn't see any intro (may be that pygame 1.7.1 is too old? Ubuntu/Kubuntu didn't release the .deb... sigh) but the game engine is really good! I really like the parallax background, expecially in the secondo/final level!

You are right!

I like the intro, one thing that I found kind of annoying, when you jump, you it moves the screen so you can not see the ground or the enemies that you jumped over, so you are kind of blind folded to as where you are landing or what you are landing on.
